Red 7 and Kiss 3 Indexes

#1
Hi everyone, I just finished reading both Blackjack Bluebook II and Blackbelt in Blackjack, and am practicing counting with KISS 3 and Red 7. I have a couple questions:

1) Based on the card counting efficiency calculator, how important is the BC vs PE for both systems? It looks like having the 7 as 0.5 gives it a higher BC in Red 7, where as making a 2 a 0.5 has a better PE in Kiss3. People say BC is more important than PE, is this correct, making Red 7 a little better?

A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10s

Red 7: -1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0.5, 0, 0, -1
BC: 0.9833
PE: 0.5423
IC: 0.7804

Kiss 3: -1, 0.5, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0, 0, -1
BC: 0.9741
PE: 0.5626
IC: 0.7804

2) I've read in posts by Renzey that Red 7 with the indexes and betting from KISS 3 make Red 7 work better. Is this transferable because they have the same imbalance?

3) If the indexes are interchangeable, could the same thing be done for different systems with the same imbalances? I have 2 systems in mind. I got curious and was thinking of combining Red 7 and Kiss 3, with the emphasis of lower values for both the 2 and 7, while increasing the importance of the 5, which looks like this:

Red Kiss 5: -1, 0.5, 1, 1, 1.5, 1, 0.5, 0, 0, -1
BC: 0.9882
PE: 0.5585
IC: 0.762

Pretty much it is a Unbalanced Wong Halves. I love Renzey's tip on counting (0.5 = a), with two "a" adding up to 1. It makes counting super easy to do. I could count both the 2 and 7 as "a", and the 5 as "1a". Since these tags have the same imbalance as Red 7 and Kiss 3, could I use the KISS3 indexes and betting ramp for this Red Kiss 5 system?

4) The other system I was interested in exchanging indexes with revolves around KO.

KO: -1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0, 0, -1
BC: 0.977
PE: 0.553
IC: 0.7832

New Unbalanced System: -1, 1, 1, 1, 1.5, 1, 0.5, 0, 0, -1
BC: 0.9913
PE: 0.55
IC: 0.7659

This new system is quite interesting, it has the same imbalance as KO, but has a super high BC of 0.9913, right up there with Wong's Halves! And by using Renzey's counting tips, it's also much simpler to count. I haven't read KO yet, but could you technically use the same indexes for it because the low numbers add up to 6, and the high cards add up to -5, just like KO? Let me know your thoughts, thank you.
