Reno Hotel ?

Hi,

I'll be in Reno in few days. I am looking for some recommendations for hotel?
My preferences are Safety, price (<40-50$ per night) and travel convenience. I'll be renting a car and probably need a locker. My play will be unrated, so not chances of comps.

For that price I'd recommend The Sands or Circus Circus. But if you're going anywhere on foot you might want to avoid staying at The Sands. Circus Circus is probably your best bet. The BJ isn't good and the food isn't so good either, but you can get better games and food by walking to El Dorado or Silver Legacy w/o having to go outside.

For that price range I'd agree that Silver Legacy or Circus. If you can spend more, I'd rather stay at Harrah's or even better at Siena for downtown. Siena though is kind of in a weird location compared to other casinos and don't have many tables. If you don't mind being off the strip and can pay a little more Peppermill is best and then Atlantis. It's nicer at these two places compared to downtown.
