For ME; after about 15 years of counting cards for 30-60 hours a week, the problem went away on its' own. :) :)

wow 15 years and 6.5 hours a day on average? OK, I guess it is time to write a book... ;)

Well in my case, I don't do this for living (yet :p) and I count about 2.5 hours daily but definitely I am not sleeping very well (at least at the beginning)...

I sometimes find myself counting in my sleep. I don't know what I'm counting (sheep, anyone?) but the numbers keep coming. Do you think maybe I am playing too much when this happens? Time to head for the spa or pool--maybe a massage is in order.

I like to give myself at least an hour or two before bed after I quit playing. There was a really hilarious thread on this over at beyondcounting.com, btw. Sleeping pills help: melatonin is good because it's not addictive and won't keep you asleep for 10 hours.

...well I will be honest... I would normally have two scotchs before leaving the casino, just to relax... :)
