If you have 20 and the next card is a definite ace, would it be correct to split against any dealer upcard, presuming the hole card is checked? I think it would be but need confirmation, thanks!

If heat is too much of a concern to double and you can't get the card on the next round, best to stand if the dealer has 9-A. Drawing an ace with such an upcard will always hurt the dealer if you have a 20.Blue Efficacy said:I know doubling would be better but for heat purposes I would never dare at anywhere I like to play.
