Great, we won't be seeing them here then, but what about other places?
Lots of places I have played overseas don't allow a hand-held game.
Cards are dealt face up on the table and players are forbidden to touch them.

Every time one of these cards is dealt there will be some question as to just which card it is. The dealer's hand total will be different for us than it is for the dealer.

Players who don't care about CSMs, bad penetration, or even 6:5 BJ will care about these cards. They won't like them one bit, I guarantee it, and they'll go somewhere else to play.
