Setting it straight
I want to set the record straight on my involvment in this episode since I have been maligned by some in this "event". Also Ken You should not call us all Dysfunctional, what you see here is a cross section of society, you are looking at a jury sitting in judgment, you are looking at those who feel that no one should be held responsible for their actions, that is is all to be excused by claimed external events, like a Father who beat you, a Mother who was a whore, etc, etc. Then you have those who believe that their are consequences for actions, then there are those who do not easily buy into the abusive Mother Father stories,especially with no evidence but words to back it up. What you see here, played out is why there are firms that do nothing but excell in telling law firms,attorneys, what jurors to accept and those that are to be challenged, so in a way this have been a educational event, but also extremely disturbing.
Now, as to me and ##, I have had a hands off approach to him for a year or so, it was a live and let live, a detante' if you will. Prior to that, going back a few years, I did sense an unease with ##, something was way wrong, something not right, and I saw others that wanted to follow in his footsteps, which I believed were outright fabrication, misinformation, exaggerations. So I began to question and lean on ##, he raised a claim, I questioned, he opened the door, I entered, and he had a real hard time with that, and as time went on more and more questione's were raised, something smelled real bad. Then a year ago, when I was sitting in a casino hotel room after receiving my second barring in 2 weeks from BJ at places that were my candy stores, and feeling very "dark and in a bad place", I told a trolling, off the wall poster, that if I caught him in the casino I would "Bitch Slap him", you barred me, and threatened to do so permanently, so this also led to my laying off ##, who I knew you, or Sonny, or ICNT had a great affection for.
Now comes Desert Wolf claiming ## had died, I felt bad, I am far from cold hearted, posted some words upon ## death and let it go. ( you always say things nice about someone in death, you want to be kind, even if in life they were rotten MOFU). At this point some people raised questions, well known posters were PMing back and forth, there was a Buzz that something was not right. Than Wolf posts again about his having a sexual relationship with ## and on and on,,,it is at this moment that this thing, to me, took on all appearences of a murder cover up, between two gay lovers, one old, one young and jealousy could be strongly involved based on recent posts of ## as to meeting a PC in a bar and having a drink with him, actually at this time I began to thing, and alluded to it in a post at that time, that maybe ## was gay, that the PC was gay and wanted more than a drink, and ## never went into details about what went down with the drink, so I wondered, and let it go, others also wondered. This set me off investigating, because there was no way I was going to sit by and be silent if there were any chance Wolf offed ## in a Lovers Quarrel, and now was designing an alibi for ##'s dissapearance. Now I knew that 99.9% of criminals are not smart, and are their own worst enemies, they run their mouths and are caught, Wolf was running his mouth and digging a bigger hole. The detective work done by other seasoned posters on this site was invaluable, and all the pieces were coming together, to a point, but no confirmation that ## was legally deceased, and man let me tell you, many of this site, and on BJ21, did some real digging.
It was at this point that I first let it be known on the site, in a post that I was prepared to bring this to the attention of the LVPD and the Pa. state police for them to investigate a possible homicide. When I posted this, Wolf came unglued, he posted again, almost in desperation, and I knew that post was make in response to my post of contacting authorities, around this time the thread was scrubbed greatly by the mods and the posting were not there to be read by the Police, or I would have contacted them that day, so this set me back, and I contacted Ken, to alert him to keep all posts concerning ##'s death as I was preparing to contact the police.
And then ## made his big coming out post that he had lied and mislead etc. etc. I waithed, then he was banned for life for trowling and faking his death by Ken.
## then appeared in the Zen Zone and the posts appeared to me again to be desperation posts, they were disturbing, things were still very disturbing, I contacted Ken and told him things were imminent that I wopuld be contacting the Police and have a plan for getting the posts to the 2 PD's upon their request. The night before I contacted Ken, I was at a casino, I woke up that morning with the strong feeling that their was a homicde involved, that Wolf was about to get away with it, maybe, but that I had to act on my concerns, this was it. I also posted on the Zen Zone that I was going to the police. That day in went into work on a project and was unable to make the call to the two PD's but was setting aside time to do so on the next day. This is when I read the post ## had just placed on the Zen Zone where he called me an IDIOT, for bringing in the police etc. I read that post, and for the first time in my estimation it really did sound like ##, I think he was so desperate and let his guard down enough, that he did come through and I was convinced for the forst time he was alive. I then contacted Ken and relayed this info and that was it. ## and Wolf were one post away from having the LVPD and the Pa. State Police giving them a rectal exam.
