Is iSoftBet safe to play?
iSoftBet has a stronger regulated pedigree than most studios at this level, but there is a wrinkle worth understanding. For its first decade it built a properly licensed business, supplying games to regulated operators across Europe, with fairness testing from Gaming Labs International and iTech Labs. Then, in 2022, it was bought by the international gaming group IGT and folded into IGT’s digital arm, and in 2025 that business passed again, to the investment firm Apollo. The practical result is that iSoftBet is no longer a licensee in its own right: its own UK Gambling Commission licence has come off the register, and its games now sit inside IGT’s regulated operation rather than under an iSoftBet licence. That is a solid place for them to be, but it does mean the iSoftBet name today is really a label on a catalogue owned by a much bigger company. As ever, the licence that protects your deposit is the casino’s own, not the studio’s, and the casinos we have found carrying these games are mostly offshore, so choose the casino on its own merits.
There is no UK enforcement action on record against iSoftBet, nor against the IGT software licences its games now run under. Its games remain certified for fairness by Gaming Labs International and iTech Labs.
