Novel About Professional Counters

I am a published author that wrote a novel about a professional counter. The main character also experiences dreams of his time in Cambodia as a Marine Recon but the story line is the life of a counter. Many of you may find it interesting and entertaining. It can be found at http://www.creativeimaginationsllc.com/apps/webstore/products/show/1296304 which is on my publisher's web site. There is a video of the novel placed by one of the executive members on this site as well. It is titled, THE COUNT OF THE CARDS. If any of you read it, I would like to hear your comments. I want to present the life accurately even though this writing is fiction. A revision can be published if real counters present a different picture of their life.

Tell us more about this international circuit. Do they wear tuxedos? If so, doesn't this make them conspicuous?

Pls Forgive Spam

It was a real nerdy thing to put my book out there 7 times. I plead new member slip and make promise will not happen again. This site has outstanding content and posts and first intention was simply to join group. My eagerness for my newly published book is self serving but I'm a pretty egotistical guy.

No, I didn't write the book in bold font but considered it. In the eighties there were a dozen or so players that traveled Atlantic City, the Caribbean, London, the French Riviera, the Far East, (South Korea, Malaysia, Macao and elsewhere in the Orient), Lake Tahoe, Reno, and Vegas. The locations were usually scheduled to the season. This was unofficially known as "the circuit." And yes, some places did have counters in tuxedos though I never was one.

I received my review copy... BUT it wasn't autographed as SPECIFIED!!

I will say this - it gets off to an excellent start with the hero smoking a joint in the first 8-pages, so I am already liking it.
