Longtime lurker here, but finally made an account to respond to this sucker's ludicrous post.
Personal knowledge how? Your post wreaks of an insider who does not want bad PR for his company.
Honestly? No one here should care about the opinion of someone who uses the terms "libelous" when it comes to talking about an Indian casino.
You are clearly biased. All it takes to figure out if something is fishy is to witness a few thousand hands. You can also guess the fairness of the game by walking around the tables and seeing that NOONE has a decent chipstack in front of them, EVER. What everyone is a terrible blackjack player? Perhaps EVERYONE is having bad luck simultaneously? Get real.
This is the same casino that rigs their drawings and sets their machines to pay back less than 70 percent. As to why they do it? Simple, to make money FASTER. Get players to run to the ATM more often.
You know what though? A fool and their money are soon parted. I personally don't care one way or the other. Even if you told a degenerate the game was rigged they would still play. Hard to feel sorry for someone like that.
You on the other hand need to start being honest and upfront with people, and stop with this smoke and mirrors BS.

Do you have any evidence to back your claims? How do they rig the drawings and how do you know that they set the slot payback under 70%? The Seminole Indian Gaming Commission?
Don't get me wrong. I agree the Seminoles are a bunch of crooks but I want to know how far they go?
Yep. It's as meaningless as having a bad run implies cheating. Or the size of people's stacks, etc.

When The Hollywood Hard Rock was still S17 I played there for a total of 12 days.
I won on all 12 days, to the tune of slightly over 10K.
I have not been back since I have NEVER played a H17 shoe game without LS.
Recently I had played a few hrs. at the Seminole Immokalee Casino.
In spite of it being 8 deckers with 2 decks cut off, it was S17.
I spread a very conservative 9 to 1 in green and did far far better than
expection. I won close to $3,000. Smelled just like a "+ 3 sigma event" !

Clearly logic isn't your strong point, given your methods of determining the fairness of a game, but you might still want to think twice before making assumptions about players who—for all you know—might be long-time professionals with more experience in advantage gambling than you can hope to even imagine by observing chip stacks or suffering a few bad sessions at a game with a reasonably negative expectation in the first place.
I'm by no means an ass-kisser, but some of these characters...

It wouldn't surprise me if free-roll drawings were rigged. Even the Venetian got caught doing this. Some people come up with the weird idea that if it's a freeroll, it's OK to cheat because you haven't cheated the patron out of a defined dollar amount.
