For the modest sum of $20 Sonny will be glad to add an "L", Pat. :grin:21forme said:Just ran some numbers for my play in 2007 and 2008. Had 500 hours of table time and my take is ~10% above EV. This counting stuff really works
edited to add P.S. That should be "close" in the title
Sounds good. I'm guessing you have about 2-3 N0's in in that time frame which will give you around a 90% chance of being ahead. Have you ever tried to estimate how much profit you make in dealer errors and what that does to your stats?21forme said:Just ran some numbers for my play in 2007 and 2008. Dealer errors in my usual haunts are fairly uncommon. I've had the benefit of more dealer errors in one day up your way than I've had here in a year.Automatic Monkey said:Sounds good. No big deal - but I'm sure you can guess I only have about a million questions about what went into that summary lol.21forme said:Just ran some numbers for my play in 2007 and 2008. Had 500 hours of table time and my take is ~10% above EV. This counting stuff really works
Thanks 21.21forme said:No problem, Kasi....
Time played is listed with every entry. Prior to 2009, I did not have a field for Game, so I'll be able to break it out in the future.Kasi said:Thanks 21.
Here's a sampling of the stupid cr*p I wonder about
Do you segregate these 2 year results at least maybe by game and/or time played?
First time. I figured 500 hours of play would give me an idea of "long term." Before this, I just watched the money pile grow in the safe deposit boxKasi said:How often do you attempt to do whatever you did for these 2 years?
I have a bigger spread in Sp21, however that is somewhat counterbalanced by sometimes playing a larger unit at BJ, depending on the game and where I am.Kasi said:How often, more or less do you bet the same way in the same game, or not, kind of thing? Or, when you do, how do you deal with it?
No. If you can PM it, feel free. If there's a file involved, email it to me at my screen name at gmail dot com.Kasi said:Did I ever send you my SP21 crap? Even if you are "sheet-challenged" lol I could try to do what i can to maybe help you, if you think it would help, get down to just plugging in a few numbers in a few fields so maybe you could do it more often to see where you stand as often as you can.
CVBJ (or CVJ) doesn't run sims. Expoting to Excel just gives more reporting options with the data.Kasi said:Don't know what CVBJ exporting to Excel does but it just seems to me maybe you might find CVCX more useful to put results in. But I don't really know of course since I don't have it sincve you DO this stuff and I don't
Well, good for you for thinking about always ways to refine lol.21forme said:Time played is listed with every entry. Prior to 2009, I did not have a field for Game, so I'll be able to break it out in the future.
