New progression

#1
When it comes to progressions, there are many out there. Here is a brand new one; you may want to give it a whirl:

Keep flat betting until you lose; then you next bet(s) will be:

TLSLWH X 1.( house advantage or more)

TLSLWH = TOTAL LOSS SINCE LAST WINNING HAND

Once you win following this, go back to your initial betting unit.

Good luck!

So I bet $10 and lose. My next bet is $10.05? Then $20.15? I don't think that's what people mean when they say they are betting nickels.

Sorry, I made a mistake in my little formula (I know it well in my head or using a calculator, but it’s my first time putting it down on paper). Here goes again (be patient with me):

Keep flat betting until you lose; then you next bet(s) will be:

LBL + (TLSLWB X HOUSE ADVANTAGE OR MORE)

LBL = Last bet lost (excluding doubles...)
TLSLWB = TOTAL LOSS SINCE LAST WINNING BET

Once you win any hand following this, go back to your initial betting unit.

Good luck!

The new formula still has the same problem. After a $10 loss you would still be betting $10.05. Then $10.10025 after another loss.

Either way, it's just another Martingale.

better system

Bet all money on one hand-must be the first hand of shoe(cut in the middle), playing against hot female dealer. If you win, donate some of your winnings to charity as a tip for this great idea.. If you lose, don't use this system.

"I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around me
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
And I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again
No, no!"

Thanks to The Who

There is nothing new, along these lines. Never will be.

Do you get it?

I dont.

Get back on the subject dude.
There is really nothing to discuss, it has been discussed over and over and over.

Altering your bets in a game with negative expectation will never make you win money

«This forum is for discussion of “voodoo” blackjack systems like progression systems, streak systems, hot/cold tables or dealers, card clumping, trend analysis, "overdue" systems, etc. Be aware that these systems do not give you a legitimate advantage over the casino. In many cases they will only cause you to lose more money than if you were flat betting, but they can be fun. Feel free to share your questions or experiences with these systems. This forum is not a place to promote your voodoo system, make false/unfounded claims about the effectiveness of such systems or spread inaccurate information about playing/betting strategies. Easy, big fella! I know it's exasperating, but some people just don't get it!

I had a buddy who had the perfect progressive betting system to go with his perfect BS. I could not talk him out of it. I tried until I was blue in the face and on the verge of alienating him as a friend. He said he won EVERY time. It could not lose. "What are the odds of losing four games in a row?" he said. So we went to Reno three years ago and he went bust. Now he understands. Pain is not necessary, but it is the best teacher.:whip::whip::whip:

How many progression systems have you used throughout your BJ career?

Merci pour le lien, mais je ne vois pas comment je n'étais pas raisonnable. Mathématiquement parlant, ton système n'a aucune base et il ne t'aidera jamais à gagner de l'argent, au fait tu en perdra plus en utilisant ce système.

D'Alembert, Labouchere, Martingale, Fibonacci, Dahl's Progession, Oscar's Grind and a handful of «home grown» progressions.

Just to add a little balance...

I never could understand how merely changing the size of my bet could reduce the house edge, but apparently it’s not obvious to everyone!
