Will you get in trouble for playing online from New Jersey?
Playing at a DGE-licensed site is fully legal at 21+. No New Jersey statute targets individual players for using offshore sites, and no player prosecutions are documented. Unlicensed operators are the target: DGE and Consumer Affairs enforcement, and since August 2025 statutory fines for sweeps operators.
