Meh, blackbelt had a pretty good section on hilo imo. Also it sort of gets away from card counting systems and explains how to evaluate games, advanced techniques, and casino's in general. My favorite part was the camouflage section, made me feel like a rebel :devil:

I'm in the middle of Blackbelt in Blackjack and i've noticed that Snyder is always saying, the bigger the bet spread the more advantage a player has. I know the answer may be obvious but can someone explain to me why a 1 to 10 bet spread gives the player more advantage than 1 to 4?

I can help you. Indices is basically any changes people make to basic strategy based on the count. Penetration is about how much the dealer goes through the deck before he shuffles (if it's 70% pen, then he goes through 70% of the deck...) and S17 means that the dealer must stay on 17 or higher
