ko question If I spread 1-4 in a six deck game with surrender only using insurance and sixteen against a ten as index plays will I be playing with a "positive" expectation? Is the "pivot point" in ko always one above the insurance count?........no matter how mny decks being used?

I pretty much can keep track of the count when the players start hitting there hands it's as the initial 2 cards come out that I get confused.......also if the dealer is real fast then I have no chance...............also I think I need glasses:o .

Do you ever take insurance in the first deal off a "Reshuffle" in a S/D game.?.......Because being that the initial 2 cards are dealt down you wouldn't be able to see how many 10's have been dealt........Right?
