Ghana licenses online casinos itself. The Gaming Commission of Ghana issues interactive gaming licences under the Gaming Act 2006, so the country has a legal, regulated online market. The casinos on this page are not part of it: they are offshore sites, licensed and audited elsewhere, which is legal for you to play at but sits outside Ghana's own licensing and protection.
