Dear Anastasia! I would like to ask for help regarding my own withdrawals. They do not want to pay out the amount I won almost 1 month ago. At the beginning they transferred a larger one (25% of the total amount), then 2 smaller ones (10% of the remaining amount). These 2 smaller transfers occurred in the last 3 weeks. They have not transferred anything since then, in fact, the website has blocked withdrawals since then. I ask the customer service in vain, they write in chat and by e-mail that the operator of the website has banned me, to be patient and I will receive a notification. They did not give any reason. I assume that their problem is that the amount I deposited is 6* and I won. But they will not pay out if I win. So if they have any influence on the operator of Alfcasino, I would be happy to receive any help so that I can receive my rightful winnings as soon as possible. Please share your Alfcasino username/Player ID, the date you first requested the withdrawal, the total amount requested, and the amounts of the three payments you already received.
Once we have that, we can contact the casino representative and ask for a clear explanation of the withdrawal block/ban and the status of the remaining balance.
