About BlockDance B.V. and BC.Game

BlockDance B.V. was the Curaçao-registered company that operated BC.Game, one of the larger crypto casinos, which launched in 2017. In 2024 the picture changed sharply. Operation of the BC.Game platform passed to another Curaçao company in April 2024, and in November 2024 a Curaçao court declared both companies bankrupt, finding more than two million US dollars in unpaid player winnings after a petition brought by a player-advocacy foundation. BC.Game publicly disputed the ruling, pledged to appeal, and left the Curaçao licensing regime by the end of 2024.

Where BC.Game stands now

BC.Game continues to operate, now reportedly under a different company on an Anjouan (Comoros) licence rather than the Curaçao entity named here. The bankruptcy's final outcome was still contested into 2025, with reports that the Curaçao regulator had removed its revocation entry. This is a fast-moving situation, so a brand's live withdrawal record is the thing to watch; our BC.Game review above carries the current detail.
