Is a SoftSwiss casino safe?

SoftSwiss is a supplier, not your casino, and that is the whole point. You never open an account with SoftSwiss and it never holds your money. Its business-to-business arm, Stable Aggregator Limited, holds a Maltese Gaming Authority B2B licence, but SoftSwiss itself has no UK Gambling Commission licence, so there is no UK-regulated route to a SoftSwiss casino. The operators built on its platform are licensed separately, most often in Curacao, and it is that operator licence that decides what happens to your deposit and your withdrawal.

What SoftSwiss actually does

It is worth being precise about SoftSwiss, because it is easy to mistake it for a game maker. It is neither a casino nor a studio. It is infrastructure. An operator that wants to launch a casino can license the SoftSwiss Casino Platform to run the site, plug in the SoftSwiss Game Aggregator to fill it with tens of thousands of slots and tables from hundreds of other studios, add the sportsbook and jackpot products, and use the Affilka software to run its affiliate programme. SoftSwiss supplies all of that plumbing; the casino brand on the front is a separate company.

Its calling card is crypto. SoftSwiss launched what it describes as the first Bitcoin-ready casino platform back in 2013, and much of the market it serves is the crypto and offshore end, which is why so many Bitcoin casinos look and behave alike underneath: they are the same platform in different colours.

SoftSwiss and blackjack

Here is the honest answer a blackjack player needs: SoftSwiss does not make blackjack. The company behind the platform

SoftSwiss was founded by Ivan Montik, starting in 2008 as an IT outsourcing shop and taking the SoftSwiss name in 2009.
