Devriez-vous y jouer ?

Treasure Island packs four very different bonus games into one wheel, and two of them let you pick. Pragmatic leaves the return to each casino and does not publish the segment counts, so this is a game to play for the show, with your casino's game help open for the figures.

Bonus entry and results

BonusEntry conditionHow it resolves
John Silver's LootA chip on Loot and the pointer stops on itBalls are drawn from 20 green and 20 red. The prize starts at 5x and rises with each green ball; the round ends on a red ball or after 15 greens in a row.
Ben's Lost MarblesA chip on Marbles and the pointer stops on itThree dice decide how many buckets of marbles drop into a pachinko board. Five of nine pockets carry 1x to 20x multipliers, and every marble caught adds its pocket's value.
Billy Bones' MapA chip on Map and the pointer stops on itYou pick five fields on a map hiding 1x to 100x prizes and three keys. One key adds 10x, two 50x and all three 1,000x.
Captain Flint's TreasureA chip on Treasure and the pointer stops on itYou pick barrels down six levels of a cave hiding 3x to 2,000x prizes. A skull ends the descent and later picks are lost.

Pragmatic's rules give the 54 segments as a whole but not how many carry each bet, and the return figures are filled in by each casino. Check the game help at your casino for the return of each bet.

No bet specific RTP is published. Check the game help at your casino for its current paytable and return figures. RTP describes a theoretical long term return, not the result of your session.

How Treasure Island works

Treasure Island is a money wheel spun by a live host on a desert island set. You bet on where the wheel will stop: on a number, or on one of four treasure hunt bonus games.

1 8 bet spots

Place your chips

Bet on 1, 2, 5, 10 or any of the four bonus games before betting closes.

2 Up to 20x

A booster is drawn

A mini slot in the studio picks one bet spot and a booster for it: up to 20x on a number, up to 10x on Loot, Marbles or Map, up to 5x on Treasure.

3 54 segments

The wheel decides

A number you backed pays its odds, times any booster. A bonus you backed starts its game, and a booster on that spot multiplies every prize in it.

The wheel and the booster

The wheel has 54 segments showing the numbers 1, 2, 5 and 10 or one of four bonus games. Numbers pay their face value, so 10 pays 10 to 1. After betting closes, a small slot machine in the studio picks one bet spot and gives it a booster. If the wheel then stops on that spot and you backed it, your win is multiplied: a boosted 10 can pay up to 200 to 1.

Four ways to hunt for treasure

John Silver’s Loot draws balls from a tumbler of 20 green and 20 red: the prize starts at 5x and grows with every green ball until a red one appears. Ben’s Lost Marbles rolls three special dice to decide how many buckets of marbles fall through a pachinko board onto pockets worth 1x to 20x. Billy Bones’ Map lets you pick five spots on a map that hides prizes up to 100x and three keys worth up to 1,000x together. Captain Flint’s Treasure sends you down six levels of barrels worth 3x to 2,000x, until you hit a skull.

What it costs

Pragmatic leaves the return of each bet to the casino and fills it into the game help at play time, and it does not publish how many segments each bet covers. The top payout is 20,000 to 1, which Pragmatic says comes up about once in 11,576,250,000,000,000,000,000 rounds, so treat it as a ceiling, not a target.

Is there a Treasure Island strategy?

No. The wheel, the booster slot and the bonus draws are all random, and Pragmatic does not publish the segment counts or a fixed return, so there is nothing that can be shown to give you an edge.

The wheel and the booster have no memory

A bonus that has not landed for a while is no more likely next spin, and the booster is drawn after betting closes, so you cannot aim for it.

Your picks are luck too

In Billy Bones' Map and Captain Flint's Treasure the prizes are hidden when you pick, so you cannot see which field or barrel is worth more.

What you can control

Check the return at your casino

The game help shows the return your casino has set for each bet. Look before you play, because it can differ from one casino to the next.

Your session budget

Decide what a session may cost and stop when it is spent. The big bonus prizes are very rare.

Treasure Island FAQ

What are the bonus games in Treasure Island?

John Silver’s Loot, Ben’s Lost Marbles, Billy Bones’ Map and Captain Flint’s Treasure. You play one only if you had a chip on it when the wheel stopped there.

How does the booster work?

After betting closes a mini slot gives one bet spot a booster. A number can get 2x to 20x, Loot, Marbles or Map 2x to 10x, and Treasure 2x to 5x. It only matters if the wheel stops on that spot and you backed it.

What is the RTP of Treasure Island?

Pragmatic does not publish a fixed figure: each casino’s settings fill in the return of every bet in the game help. Check it there before you play.

Do I make choices in the bonus games?

In Billy Bones’ Map you pick five fields and in Captain Flint’s Treasure you choose barrels on the way down. The other two play out on their own. If you run out of time, picks are made for you.

What is the biggest win in Treasure Island?

20,000 to 1, on John Silver’s Loot or Captain Flint’s Treasure with a booster. Pragmatic puts the odds of the very top win at 1 in 11,576,250,000,000,000,000,000.
