A roulette game by Playtech
Single zero roulette where 1 to 5 straight up numbers get a 50x to 500x multiplier every round, with Quantum Boost and Quantum Leap events that raise them, and a 29 to 1 ordinary straight up.
Quantum Roulette is for straight up players who want a multiplier chance on every spin. An unmultiplied straight up win pays 29 to 1 instead of 35 to 1, and Playtech publishes one 97.3% return for the game rather than a figure for each bet.
Élevé. A straight up gives up 6 units on every ordinary win to fund occasional 50x to 500x hits, so straight up results swing hard. Outside bets are untouched and swing as on any single zero table.
Bet as on any single zero table. Only straight up bets can collect a Quantum multiplier.
Once betting has closed and the ball is spinning, 1 to 5 random numbers get a multiplier from 50x to 500x. A Quantum Boost or Quantum Leap can raise some of them.
A straight up win on a multiplied number is paid its multiplier, up to 499 to 1 in the game rules. Any other straight up win pays 29 to 1.
Quantum Roulette is built on single zero rules. Each round, after betting closes, 1 to 5 numbers are marked with a multiplier. The values used are 50x, 100x, 150x, 200x, 250x, 300x, 400x and 500x; there is no 350x or 450x. The multiplier counts your stake, so a 500x straight up pays 499 to 1. A straight up on a number without one pays 29 to 1.
Only straight up bets are multiplied. If you place a neighbors or sector bet such as Jeu Zero, the straight up chips inside it can be multiplied, but its splits and corners pay their normal amounts.
Two special events happen at random. A Quantum Boost adds 50 to some or all of the multipliers on the table, so a 100x becomes 150x. A Quantum Leap doubles or triples some or all of them. The Boost came with the 2019 launch; the Leap was added by early 2020. Neither changes which numbers the ball favors: they only raise what a multiplied number pays.
A standard straight up pays 35 to 1. Here it pays 29 to 1, and those 6 units on every ordinary win are what fund the multipliers. Red, black, odd, even, dozens and columns pay as normal and lose on zero. Playtech’s rules give 97.3% for the game, the same figure a standard single zero table returns, but no separate figure for a straight up once its multipliers are counted. The paytable in the game lists what splits, streets, corners and lines pay at your table.
The same format runs under several names: Quantum Roulette Live, Greek Quantum Roulette, Quantum Roulette Italiana, Quantum Ruleta España, Bucharest Quantum Roulette, Ruleta Automática Cuántica and Virtual Host Quantum Roulette. The Italian version is hosted by native speaking dealers. Each table’s own help screen is the version of the rules that applies there.
Playtech publishes a 97.3% return for the game as a whole; it does not publish a figure for each bet or how often each multiplier value is drawn. These are the figures that are published.
A straight up bet wins on 1 of 37 pockets (2.70%), and its ordinary 29 to 1 payout returns only 81.08% of what you stake on its own. The rest of a straight up bet's value comes from the 50x to 500x multipliers on 1 to 5 numbers a round and the Boost and Leap events that raise them, and their frequencies are not published.
Tap a number to place a straight up bet; it is the only bet with a published payout here. The other boxes are shown for reference.
The green pocket is not red, black, odd, even, high or low, so every outside bet loses when it lands. That is where the house edge comes from.
No chips yet. Place a chip on the layout and the math appears here.

Your chance, payout and cost per spin will show here. Over many spins these bets lose about a spin on average, of your stake, even though a single spin leaves you ahead of the time. These bets can never finish a spin ahead, only break even or lose, and over many spins they lose about a spin on average, of your stake. A winning straight up pays 29 to 1, which on its own gives back 81.08% of what you stake; the bonus games add more, but how much is not published, so the true cost of these bets is not known.
The spread and biggest win show the ordinary 29 to 1 only; bonus game wins are left out.

No. The multipliers appear only after betting closes and land on random numbers, so there is no way to bet a number for its multiplier, and Playtech's 97.3% is one figure for the whole game.
Up to five numbers are lit once the ball is already spinning. A multiplied number is no likelier to win; each keeps its 1 in 37 chance.
A neighbors or sector bet such as Jeu Zero is multiplied only on its straight up chips. Its splits and corners pay their normal amounts even when they cover a multiplied number.
Only straight ups can win a multiplier, and every ordinary straight up win pays 29 to 1. If you would rather not pay for the feature, red, black, dozens and columns pay as normal.
Quantum runs as Greek, Italian, Spanish, Bucharest, automatic and Virtual Host versions. The help screen on the table you join shows the paytable that applies there.

After betting closes, 1 to 5 random numbers get a multiplier of 50x to 500x. If the ball lands on one and you have a straight up bet on it, you are paid the multiplier instead of 29 to 1.
They are random events that raise the multipliers. A Quantum Boost adds 50 to some or all of them; a Quantum Leap doubles or triples some or all of them.
29 to 1 on a number without a multiplier. The game rules list 29 to 499 to 1 for a straight up once multipliers are included.
They run under the same Quantum name and format, with multipliers on straight up numbers, but each is its own table with its own dealers and help screen. Check the rules shown on the table you join.
Your number wins 1 time in 37. Whether it carries a multiplier when it does depends on how many numbers are lit, 1 to 5, and the rules do not say how often each count or value comes up.
No. Playtech’s rules give 97.3% for the game, the same as a standard single zero table. The multipliers are paid for by cutting ordinary straight up wins from 35 to 1 to 29 to 1, not added on top.
