Should you play it?

Super Sic Bo is classic three dice Sic Bo with random multipliers. The best value is the plain stuff: Small, Big, Odd and Even return 97.22% and lose only to triples. Every other bet pays well short at its regular odds and leans on rare multiplied wins, and no bet in the game returns more than those four.

Play it if

  • You want a 97.22% return on simple even money bets
  • You like a long menu of bets on every roll
  • You want a shot at a multiplied win of up to 1000x

Variance profile

Medium. Small, Big, Odd and Even win almost half the time at 1 to 1. Totals, Doubles, Triples and Combinations miss most rolls and get much of their return from occasional multiplied wins.

Bets and payouts

Even money bets

These pay a flat 1 to 1 and never get a multiplier. Each one loses to any triple.

Bet Pays RTP Chance per roll House edge
Small (total 4 to 10) 1 to 1 97.22% 48.61% 2.78%
Big (total 11 to 17) 1 to 1 97.22% 48.61% 2.78%
Odd 1 to 1 97.22% 48.61% 2.78%
Even 1 to 1 97.22% 48.61% 2.78%

Totals

The first figure is the regular payout; the second is the most a multiplier can raise it to.

Bet Pays Chance per roll
Total 4 or 17 (each) 50 to 1, up to 499 to 1 1.39%
Total 5 or 16 (each) 20 to 1, up to 249 to 1 2.78%
Total 6 or 15 (each) 15 to 1, up to 87 to 1 4.63%
Total 7 or 14 (each) 12 to 1, up to 29 to 1 6.94%
Total 8 or 13 (each) 8 to 1, up to 24 to 1 9.72%
Total 9 or 12 (each) 6 to 1, up to 49 to 1 11.57%
Total 10 or 11 (each) 6 to 1, up to 24 to 1 12.50%

Single

A bet on one number, paid by how many dice show it. One match always pays 1 to 1.

Bet Pays Chance per roll
One die matches 1 to 1 34.72%
Two dice match 2 to 1, up to 19 to 1 6.94%
All three dice match 3 to 1, up to 87 to 1 0.463%

Doubles, triples and pairs

The first figure is the regular payout; the second is the most a multiplier can raise it to.

Bet Pays Chance per roll
Double (one number, two or three dice) 8 to 1, up to 87 to 1 7.41%
Triple (one number, all three dice) 150 to 1, up to 999 to 1 0.463%
Any Triple 30 to 1, up to 87 to 1 2.78%
Combination (two chosen numbers both show) 5 to 1, up to 24 to 1 13.89%

Each chance is exact: three fair dice give 216 equally likely results. A total and its mirror, such as 4 and 17, are separate bets with the same odds. A Single wins something on 42.13% of rolls.

Pays shows the odds on a winning bet, with your stake returned on top. RTP is the share of all money bet that comes back over a very long run; house edge is the rest. Neither predicts a single session.

How Super Sic Bo works

Super Sic Bo is Evolution's live version of Sic Bo, a dice game played with three standard dice. A dealer shakes the dice in a shaker, and you bet on what they show: the total, whether it is small or big, odd or even, or particular numbers and pairs. Each round, random multipliers can raise the payout on some bet spots.

Place your bets

Put chips on any spots on the grid before betting time runs out: totals, numbers, doubles, triples and pairs.

2 Up to 1000x

Multipliers land

As the dice are shaken, zero to several bet spots are picked at random and shown with multiplied payouts for this round.

3 3 dice

The dice settle

The three dice come to rest, and their faces settle every bet on the table, multiplied where a winning spot was picked.

How a round runs

Betting is open while the traffic light on screen is green, turns yellow as time runs out, and closes on red. The dealer then shakes the dice. Before they come to rest, the game highlights the bet spots that carry a multiplier this round, if any. The faces of the three dice then settle every bet.

What a multiplier changes

A multiplied spot pays its higher odds for that round only, and only if it wins. Say you have $1 on Total 7, which normally pays 12 to 1, and a multiplier lifts it to its top of 29 to 1. If the dice add up to 7 you get $29 plus your $1 back. Any other total loses the chip, multiplier or not. Some rounds have no multipliers at all.

How a Single pays

A Single is a bet on one number. One matching die pays 1 to 1, two pay 2 to 1 and three pay 3 to 1. Only the two and three dice wins can be multiplied, up to 19 to 1 and 87 to 1.

What to watch for

  • Small, Big, Odd and Even all lose to a triple, even one whose total looks right, such as three 2s for Small.
  • There is no bet on a total of 3 or 18. Those rolls only come from three 1s or three 6s.
  • Minimizing your browser or opening another tab while betting time remains can count as leaving the game, and your bets for that round are declined.

Instant Super Sic Bo

Instant Super Sic Bo is the same game at your own pace: the same eight bet types and random multipliers up to 1000x, with no betting timer. You place your bets and press Roll Now when you are ready.

The math behind Super Sic Bo

Three dice give 216 equally likely results, so every chance here is a count out of 216. The regular odds are fixed in the paytable; the multipliers decide the rest.

Even money bets lose only to triples

Small wins 105 of 216 rolls and Big wins the same 105. Without triples they would split the rolls evenly, so the six triples, 2.78% of rolls, are the whole house edge. That leaves a 97.22% return.

Every other bet pays short at regular odds

A total of 5 lands 6 times in 216, so fair odds would be 35 to 1. It pays 20 to 1, a 58.33% return before any multiplier. At regular odds the totals return 58.33% to 90.28%, a Double 66.67%, a Triple 69.91%, Any Triple 86.11%, a Combination 83.33% and a Single 92.13%.

The multipliers make up the difference

With multipliers counted, Evolution puts every bet between 95.02% and 97.22%, and no bet tops the 97.22% of Small, Big, Odd and Even. On a Total of 5 or 16, well over a third of what the bet returns comes from multiplied wins.

Is there a Super Sic Bo strategy?

No. The dice and the multipliers are random, and earlier rolls change nothing, whatever the results board shows. What you choose is which bets to make and how much to stake.

The cheapest bets

Small, Big, Odd and Even return 97.22%, the best in the game. The trade is that they never get a multiplier.

Chasing multipliers

Every other bet relies on rare multiplied wins for much of its return, and none returns more than the even money bets. Evolution's lowest figure in the game is 95.02%.

Betting both sides

Small and Big together, or Odd and Even, win one and lose one on 210 rolls in 216, and both lose on a triple. You pay the house edge twice for no chance of profit.

What you can control

Your stake per roll

Every bet spot is a separate bet, and the Double (2x) button doubles all of them at once. Set a total stake per roll before you start.

Autoplay

Autoplay repeats your bets for a set number of rounds. Its limit is your total bet times the rounds you pick, so $20 a roll for 10 rounds commits up to $200.

Super Sic Bo FAQ

What is the biggest possible win?

999 to 1, which is 1000x your bet with the stake included. Only a multiplied Triple, a bet on one exact triple such as three 5s, pays that much.

Does a triple win my Double bet?

Yes. A Double on 4 pays 8 to 1 whether two or three dice show 4. Three 4s also win a Triple on 4 and Any Triple.

How does a Combination bet work?

You pick two different numbers, such as 2 and 5, from the 15 possible pairs. It wins if both numbers appear among the three dice, paying 5 to 1, or up to 24 to 1 with a multiplier.

What happens if I lose my connection mid round?

Your bets stay in play and are settled without you, and the outcome shows in the History window when you return. If the game itself has an error the shift manager cannot fix straight away, the round is canceled and bets are refunded.
