During the betting countdown, put chips on any of eight 4x4 main cards and on the Major, Grand and Mega Fire Blaze bonus cards.

Lucky Balls, then the draw

When betting closes, 11 of the 60 numbers are picked at random as Lucky Balls and placed on the bonus cards. Then 20 balls come out of the machine and matching numbers are marked.

3 Line pays 4 to 1

Lines and bonuses

Four marked numbers in a row, column or diagonal win that card's bet: 4 to 1, rising to 99 to 1 with four Lucky Balls. A bonus card with every number drawn plays its bonus.

Lines and Lucky Balls

Each main card is a 4×4 grid, and a line is four marked numbers across, down or diagonally. A plain line pays 4 to 1. Every Lucky Ball in the line raises the payout: one pays 9 to 1, two pay 19 to 1, three pay 44 to 1 and four pay 99 to 1. Lucky Balls are picked at random after betting closes and marked with a ring of fire on every card, so you cannot choose cards for them.

The Fire Blaze bonus games

A bonus card plays its bonus only if every number on it is drawn, and sometimes a Free Ball is marked on the Major or Grand card before the draw. In the bonus, empty cells fill with random multipliers. You start with three spins, and every new fill resets them to three. Fill a whole section and it can get an extra multiplier, and star multipliers (x10 or x20 on Major, up to x100 on Grand and Mega) add on top. Your win is the sum of all cell multipliers plus any star. Major has 2 sections and pays 4 to 1 up to 119 to 1, Grand has 4 and pays 9 to 1 up to 699 to 1, and Mega has 6 and pays 19 to 1 up to 2,499 to 1. If you win several bonuses in one round, they play in that order.

What the returns tell you

Playtech’s rules give 97.32% on the main cards, 97.06% on Major, 97.09% on Grand and 97.03% on Mega. So the bonus cards cost about the same as the main cards in the long run. What changes is the pattern: main cards win small amounts more often, bonus cards win bigger amounts rarely.
