7 - 9 = -1
10 and Ace = 0
How to count cards:
+3 + + 2 = 5
+5 - 3 = + 2 the next card is going to be a low card
+ 5 + - 3 = +2 - 0 = 0 the next card will be a 10
0 + -2 = 0 + 6 = +6 - 3 = +3 the next card will be a low card
