How Spanish Roulette works

1 Betting open

Place bets in Spanish

The dealer calls the game in Spanish; put chips on numbers, groups or outside boxes.

2 Live wheel

The ball goes in

A live dealer spins a single zero wheel and announces the number in Spanish.

3 2.70% edge

Winners are paid

Winning bets are paid at the European rates, from 35:1 down to 1:1.

A live dealer in Spanish

Spanish Roulette is one of the native language tables in Ezugi’s roulette lineup. A live dealer runs the game in Spanish on a single zero wheel. It is a different product from EZ Dealer Roulette Latina, which uses recorded video and a random number generator rather than a live dealer.

The cost

The paytable is the usual European one, so the house keeps 2.70% of every bet on average, from a single number to red or black.

The math behind Spanish Roulette

The wheel has 37 pockets: the numbers 1 to 36 and a single zero. The game's rules list every bet and its payout. Every figure below comes from those numbers: the house edge is worked out exactly from the payouts and the pockets.

Try it: place your bets

Tap a number for a straight up bet, a line between two numbers for a split, a corner for four numbers, or the edge next to the dozens for a street or six line. Add as many bets as you like.

0321654987121110151413181716212019242322272625302928333231363534

The green pocket is not red, black, odd, even, high or low, so every outside bet loses when it lands. That is where the house edge comes from.

"A fair price" is the payout that would make a bet break even over time: the pockets it loses on for each pocket it wins on. Every payout here is below it. No RTP figures are published; these are worked out exactly from the payouts and the 37 pockets.

    One zero or two

    Diese Tabelle

    Single zero, 37 pockets

    2.70% Hausvorteil

One green pocket out of 37. $1 on red for 100 spins costs about $2.70 on average.

    Double zero, 38 pockets

    5.26% Hausvorteil

Two green pockets out of 38, almost double the cost: about $5.26 per 100 spins of $1 on red. The five number bet (0, 00, 1, 2, 3) costs even more, 7.89%.

    Same game, different presentation

Spanish Roulette is Ezugi's single zero game hosted in Spanish by a live dealer. Every bet returns 97.30%, so no bet is cheaper than another: a 35 to 1 straight up and an even money red are priced the same, they just win at very different rates.

Official rules: Ezugi Roulette rules, Lithuanian regulator copy, checked October 17, 2026. The rules at your casino may show different figures; its in game help is the version that applies to you.

Is there a Spanish Roulette strategy?

No. Spanish Roulette carries the usual single zero cost of 2.70% on each bet, and nothing you do at the table changes it.

    Live and random are different

This is a live wheel. EZ Dealer Roulette Latina picks results by random number generator. Neither can be predicted, and neither is cheaper to play.

    What you can control

    Stake per spin

Lower stakes are the only way to lose less per hour.

    Choosing your table

Any single zero table costs the same 2.70%; pick the one you enjoy most.
