Face cards remain, but the missing tens make strong starting totals rarer and dealer draws behave differently. The familiar S17, 3:2 framework is still here, along with double after split, but correct play sits a long way from a standard chart, which is why we do not show one for this game.

Why are the 9s and 10s removed?
The stripped shoe offsets the value of the bigger doubles. It also changes the correct play of many hands, so standard charts do not apply.
Does the dealer still stand on soft 17?
Yes, and blackjack still pays 3:2. The framework is Evolution standard; the shoe composition and the power doubles are what set it apart.
Is there a strategy chart for Power Blackjack?
