Taxes on winnings in Hawaii
Offshore casinos issue no paperwork, but the money is still taxable. The IRS treats every dollar of gambling winnings as income whether or not a W-2G is issued (Rubrique 419 de l'IRS), and Hawaii then taxes it again through a state income tax that climbs to 11%, one of the steepest top rates in the country (Hawaii Department of Taxation).
