Stakelogic is a Dutch games studio that makes online slots and runs a live casino, Stakelogic Live. Since April 2025 it has been part of Sega Sammy Creation, a subsidiary of Japan’s Sega Sammy Holdings. It holds UK Gambling Commission licenses and says it holds a Malta Gaming Authority supplier license.
Stakelogic’s slots lobby lists 204 released games, mostly video slots, with a few classic slots, crash games and dice games. It publishes a return to player for each one, from 94% to 98.1%, with most close to 96%, and rates each game’s volatility from one to five stars. Recent releases include Throne of Flame, Candy Links Bonanza 3 and Penguin Payday, and its ClusterBreaker games include Runner Runner, Wrath of Zeus and Cozy Candy. Two of its features bring the live studio into its slots: Super Wheel sends you to a presenter spinning a 54 segment money wheel with three bonus games behind it, and Spin to Win picks a player at random every few minutes for a live jackpot wheel.
Stakelogic Live deals blackjack and roulette. Its American Blackjack tables use eight decks, the dealer stands on 17, blackjack pays 3 to 2 and a split hand cannot be split again, and every table carries Stakelogic’s Super Stake multiplier feature. Super Stake Blackjack VIP, at a 98.01% return, shows two to six Golden Cards a round for an extra 50% of your bet, with multipliers up to 100x. Super Boost Blackjack VIP, at 99.45%, charges a 25% fee on each bet and pays a 2x to 100x multiplier when you win three hands in a row. Extended Blackjack seats eight players instead of seven and returns 99.514%. Its roulette runs on single zero wheels, dealt or automated, and Super Stake Roulette 5,000X adds gold and silver multipliers up to 5,000x at a 97.29% return.

Stakelogic is licensed as a games supplier, not as your casino. Two of its companies, Stakelogic BV and Stakelogic UK Limited, hold UK Gambling Commission licenses, and it says Stakelogic Malta Limited holds a Malta Gaming Authority supplier license (MGA/CRP/322/2016). Those licenses cover the games it supplies. Stakelogic B.V. agreed in July 2024 to sell all of its shares to Sega Sammy Creation, part of Japan’s Sega Sammy Holdings, for an upfront enterprise value of 130 million euros plus a performance based earnout, and it became part of Sega Sammy Creation in April 2025. Its chief executive, Stephan van den Oetelaar, stayed on. Stakelogic has offices in Malta, the Netherlands, Serbia, Sweden and the Isle of Man, and says it has more than 550 employees and more than 950 operators carrying its games in over 20 markets.
