SlotsPalace is a casino and sportsbook styled as a grand hotel, with a purple colour scheme and a cast of cartoon staff (a concierge, a bellboy and a butler) fronting its promotions. Behind the theme sits a large catalogue of about 15,000 games and 22 playing currencies, including euros and Canadian, New Zealand and Australian dollars. The site runs on numbered mirror domains and, like its sister brands, never says which company operates it or which authority licenses it.

What this means for blackjack players: take the first bonus in full with a €500 deposit and you owe €35,000 of wagering. Counted at 10%, that is €350,000 of live blackjack in 10 days at no more than €5 a hand, which is 70,000 hands. RNG blackjack counts 0%. Clause 7.19 also bans “leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack” until wagering is done. The package is a slots offer; blackjack players should decline it.

Two weekly offers are more relevant. Live Cashback returns 25% of net live-casino losses, up to €200, as real money with a single rollover, but it must be claimed by chat or email on the Monday. A player who stops betting for a month drops back to the lowest level, so a big win after a quiet spell comes out at €500 a day.
