MyEmpire is a Roman-themed casino and sportsbook built around a city-building side game: you collect Diamonds as you play and spend them on districts of your own empire, with free spins and cash prizes for each district you complete. Behind the theme sit more than 14,000 games and a sportsbook, with play in 13 currencies including euros, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, Brazilian reais and Thai baht. No operator is named anywhere on the site, and no licence is shown.
For blackjack there is a lot to play: 56 RNG blackjack games and more than 330 live tables, most of them from Pragmatic Play Live and a long list of smaller live studios. The bonus side is weak for table players, because RNG blackjack counts nothing toward wagering and live blackjack only 10%, and MyEmpire’s own terms single out blackjack in their bonus abuse rules. The terms speak only of “the company operating the Website”, with no address or registration number. Links are served from a numbered mirror domain, and the site is translated into 18 languages, with local editions for Canadian, Australian and New Zealand players.
The live casino carries 334 blackjack tables. Pragmatic Play Live supplies nearly half, including ONE Blackjack, Free Bet Blackjack, dozens of numbered Speed Blackjack tables and the Blackjack X series. The rest come from a wide spread of studios:

Evolution and Ezugi tables are not part of MyEmpire’s live lobby. Stakelogic’s classic tables are a small point in MyEmpire’s favour: its lobby carries eleven of them.
On the RNG side, 56 blackjack games span more than 25 studios. Platipus supplies eight of them, among them a Single Deck game, a Surrender table and European Multihand, while BGaming adds five multihand games. Playtech contributes Blackjack Link and Cashback Blackjack, Gaming Corps adds multihand games with 21+3 and Perfect Pairs side bets, and there are one-off versions from Habanero, Iron Dog, Red Rake and Pragmatic Play.
MyEmpire’s current casino offer doubles a first deposit up to €500, or C$750, and hands out 200 free spins at 20 per day across ten days, along with one Bonus Crab pick. Australian players are excluded from it. A separate crypto welcome offer gives 200% up to 3,000 USDT with 40x wagering on the deposit and bonus. MyEmpire has advertised a four-deposit package in the past, and the bonus section above shows the rows we hold on file.

The empire game has a catch of its own. Prizes from completed districts, and bonuses bought with Diamonds in the Shop, are limited to the casino section and cannot be used at the live tables.
MyEmpire’s public payments page asks for your country, but the full method list appears only in the cashier after sign-up. Seven coins qualify for the crypto welcome offer (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT, USDC and Ripple), and the terms also mention cards, bank transfers, Skrill and Neteller.
The finance department has three business days to work through a request, and it only works Monday to Friday during GMT office hours; three requests can be open at once. How much you can take out depends on your VIP level, assessed on the previous 90 days, and a month without a bet drops you back to VIP 1:

Two turnover rules apply. Each deposit has to be staked at least once, or MyEmpire may void winnings and charge 10% of it (15% for card and bank payments), and any month with less than €20 staked can see a withdrawal refused. Anyone who funds the account by card may find payouts returned to that card, up to the total deposited. When documents are requested you have 30 days to send them, and review normally takes up to ten days.
MyEmpire does not publish an operator, a registration number or a licence, and its terms name no governing law. Complaints go to support, then to [email protected], which promises an answer within ten days, and beyond that the terms point to a third party complaint service. No regulator sits above that process.
The terms bar residents of 23 countries, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia. The Netherlands is not on MyEmpire’s list, and neither are Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany or France. Bonuses are unavailable in Armenia, Georgia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Section 9.1 prohibits “equal, zero or low margin bets, bets with minimal risks, hedge betting” and anything the casino considers a guaranteed or risk-minimising pattern, which gives it wide discretion over systematic play. After 180 days without a login, a dormant account loses €5 a month. The safer gambling tools are manual: you ask support by email for a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, and the site points to GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous for help.
A chat button sits on every page, email goes to [email protected], and the VIP page promises multilingual chat at any hour. Phone support is not offered.
MyEmpire is browser-only, with no app to install. The site resizes for phones and tablets, and the footer’s “Create Shortcut” option pins it to a phone’s home screen. The mobile layout keeps the category icons and the empire game within reach.
MyEmpire gives blackjack players plenty of tables, especially in the live casino, where Pragmatic Play Live is joined by a dozen other studios, and its city-building theme is more imaginative than most. Of the promotions, only the weekly live cashback really works for blackjack.
Everything else points to cash play with caution. The welcome bonus is effectively closed to blackjack, the empire’s rewards cannot be used in the live casino, withdrawals start at €500 a day, and no operator or regulator stands behind the site. Keep balances modest and withdraw often. As always, only wager what you can afford to lose.

A €200 deposit with a €200 bonus needs €14,000 of wagering, or €140,000 of live blackjack bets in ten days. The weekly Live Cashback, 25% of net live casino losses up to €200 with 1x wagering, suits blackjack players better.
The finance team handles requests within three business days, on weekdays between 6am and 5pm GMT. Limits depend on your VIP level: €500 a day and €7,000 a month at level 1, rising to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at level 5. Each deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal, or a 10% fee (15% for card and bank deposits) can apply.
