BetoStar is a sportsbook and casino that used to trade as betObet. If you arrive from an old link, betobet.com now redirects to betostar.com, where the same site carries the BetoStar name. The site is operated by Windward Circle B.V., a Curaçao company (registration number 150466), with EVIM Management Ltd in Cyprus acting as its agent, under licence OGL/2024/1135/0484 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

For blackjack players the lobby is the strong point: around 100 live blackjack tables from six studios and about 40 RNG versions. The bonus side is the weak point. Every casino promotion counts blackjack and all live casino games at 0% toward wagering, withdrawals are capped at $3,000 a week, and the terms add fees for frequent or lightly wagered withdrawals.

First Impressions

BetoStar opens as a bookmaker. The black-and-gold header leads with Sports, Live Betting, Esports, Casino, Live Casino, Virtual Sports and Promotions, and a rotating banner pushes the casino welcome bonus, the “second chance” deposit offer, a refer-a-friend reward and support on Telegram and WhatsApp. Below it, the casino lobby is split into Top, New, Slots, Jackpots, Hot, Cold, Casual, Sport Games and Table Games, with a studio filter and a search box. The rebrand is not quite finished. The affiliate text in the footer still says “Bet O bet”, the promotion terms refer to betobet.com and a betobet.com support address, and the Android app downloads as a betObet file.

The Welcome Bonus in Practice

Winnings from the welcome bonus can be withdrawn up to five times the bonus amount, and the second-chance bonus is paid only if the first bet after your deposit loses. Both offers treat any bet above $12, or above 5% of the bonus if that is lower, as restricted play. Banking and Withdrawals

The footer lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, MuchBetter, AstroPay, Interac, Jeton, WebPay and Voucherry. Registration offers more than 70 account currencies, and your base currency cannot be changed later. Withdrawals go back to a payment account you have deposited with, and the terms recommend e-wallets over cards for speed.

Low-risk casino bets do not count as wagering for the fee checks, so wager each deposit at least five times and group your withdrawals rather than making several a month. Card withdrawals need a copy of your ID, both sides of the card and a bank statement or utility bill.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate confirms that betostar.com is operated by Windward Circle B.V. under licence OGL/2024/1135/0484, granted on 14 August 2025 and listed as active. Curaçao is an offshore regulator with lighter oversight than Malta or the UK, and the terms do not name an independent dispute service.

The terms bar residents of the United States and its dependencies, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Australia, Russia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Myanmar, Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, St Maarten and Statia. The registration form still offers some of these countries, so rely on the terms. Players must be 18 or the legal age at home, whichever is higher.

An account with no deposit or betting activity for three months can be closed and its balance forfeited, so do not leave money sitting there. Verdict

BetoStar, the former betObet, has more blackjack than most sportsbook-led sites. Around 100 live tables from six studios and RNG variants from Betsoft, Play’n GO and Habanero give plenty of choice, and the licence comes from Curaçao’s new regulator, granted in August 2025.

The rules are what hold it back. Blackjack and live games count 0% toward every casino bonus, the weekly withdrawal cap is low at $3,000, and a set of withdrawal fees punishes frequent cash-outs and lightly wagered deposits. Treat BetoStar as a cash-only blackjack venue: skip the bonus codes, wager your deposit before cashing out, and withdraw in one go. As always, only wager what you can afford to lose.
