Casino Days is owned and operated by White Star B.V., a Curaçao company (registration number 153150), under licence OGL/2023/159/0076 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. It runs an international site in English plus separate versions for Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Finland and Estonia, and won the Rising Star award at the EGR Operator Awards in 2023. The lobby holds more than 5,000 games from studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO.

Casino Days does things differently from most casinos: instead of a deposit match, new players get up to 20% daily cashback with 10x wagering. The 48-hour processing aim is good, and the €5,000 daily limit is reasonable for most players. The inactivity rule is not: an account with no meaningful activity for five consecutive months becomes inactive and is charged a fee equal to the entire balance. Casino Days says it will notify you first, but withdraw what you are not using.

Licensing and Safety

The Curaçao licence is mid-tier. The complaints procedure is internal: Casino Days aims to resolve complaints within 90 days, and unresolved cases can be referred to its compliance department. The terms do not name an independent dispute service.

The restricted list published in the terms is short: the United States, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Curaçao, “but not limited to” those. Casino Days can block other territories at its discretion.
