InstaDebit has closed
InstaDebit no longer works. Its own website now carries a closing notice: the last day to deposit with InstaDebit was February 27, 2026, and the last day to withdraw a remaining balance was April 30, 2026. A casino that still shows an InstaDebit button is showing a payment method that has ended, so pick another way to pay before you sign up.

What happened to money left in InstaDebit
InstaDebit worked as an account linked to your Canadian bank account. Its notice says that any balance still in an account is sent automatically to that linked bank account after 28 days of inactivity, so money left behind should already be in your bank. If it is not, start with your own bank's transaction history, then the InstaDebit login page, which is still online.
Casino winnings work differently. A casino pays out to a method that still works, so a balance waiting at a casino is not lost: choose another withdrawal method in the cashier. Expect the casino to ask you to verify the new method before it pays.
What to use instead
InstaDebit's own notice points to Interac: "For future payments, Interac remains available as an alternative payment option." For most Canadian players that is the natural replacement, because it also comes straight from your bank account.
