The percentages are exact deck arithmetic for a six-deck shoe. The catch in the two headline tiers is that a third seven means being dealt 7-7 and then declining to split them, which basic strategy tells you to do against most upcards. In practice the bet lives and dies on the first two tiers, so read it as a 7.7% chance of a small win propping up a 0.57% chance of a real one. It is a lottery line, priced like one; the main hand beside it is the good bet at this table.
