Don't play on Alfcasino because they don't pay out properly. It takes 11-12 days for them to transfer you, and even then, only a fraction of your winnings. 
Can anyone help me find out where to report them?

Just so we don’t misunderstand: are you trying to get help with your own payout (for example, the missing portion of your withdrawal), or are you mainly asking where to report Alfcasino?

If you want us to reach out to the casino about a specific payout issue, we’ll need a few basics so they can locate your case: your username/player ID, the withdrawal date, the amount you requested vs. the amount you received.

If you’re looking to report them instead, the usual route is the casino’s licensing/regulator (they should list it on their site).

Dear Anastasia!

I would like to ask for help regarding my own withdrawals. They do not want to pay out the amount I won almost 1 month ago. At the beginning they transferred a larger one (25% of the total amount), then 2 smaller ones (10% of the remaining amount). These 2 smaller transfers occurred in the last 3 weeks. They have not transferred anything since then, in fact, the website has blocked withdrawals since then. I ask the customer service in vain, they write in chat and by e-mail that the operator of the website has banned me, to be patient and I will receive a notification. They did not give any reason. I assume that their problem is that the amount I deposited is 6* and I won. But they will not pay out if I win. So if they have any influence on the operator of Alfcasino, I would be happy to receive any help so that I can receive my rightful winnings as soon as possible. If not, then please leave what I wrote out there purely with the intention of helping others so that they can't be scammed and harmed in the same way. Thank you.

Please share your Alfcasino username/Player ID, the date you first requested the withdrawal, the total amount requested, and the amounts of the three payments you already received.

Once we have that, we can contact the casino representative and ask for a clear explanation of the withdrawal block/ban and the status of the remaining balance.

If the casino does not engage with us, we will still keep your report documented here for transparency so other players can make informed decisions.
