CasinoChan is a casino-only brand with a red-and-charcoal look, a very large slot lobby and a live casino led by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. It runs on the same platform as PlayAmo, Woo Casino and a wider family of sister sites, and it shares much of their rulebook: a four-deposit welcome package, weekly reloads, cashback and a VIP ladder, all licensed offshore under the Tobique Gaming Commission.

Two things set CasinoChan apart for a careful reader. The first is good news: its bonuses expire after a stated 30 days and its terms are clearer than most about limits and exclusions. The second needs attention: the company named as operator on CasinoChan’s pages is not the same everywhere, which we explain in the licensing section. As for blackjack, the live tables are plentiful, but blackjack counts only 5% toward the 40x bonus wagering, so the welcome package is for slot players.

First Impressions

CasinoChan’s payments page says it aims to process withdrawals in up to 12 hours, and its terms allow up to 72 hours after approval, after which the payout time depends on the method. CasinoChan’s terms name a Costa Rica company licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, but which company depends on where you visit from. Some versions of the terms name Saphirix Solutions SRL, licence 0000091; others name Novatrix SRL, licence 0000002; and some versions of the footer still show Dama N.V., the Curaçao company that ran CasinoChan before. Because the terms shown to you are the contract that applies, read the operator clause at the top of them before you deposit.
