Granawin Casino Review

Granawin is a combined sportsbook and online casino with a green-on-black look, a lobby of well over 13,000 games and a live casino of nearly 1,900 live games. The brand’s address, granawin.com, forwards to granawins.com, where the site runs in more than 20 languages and dozens of currencies, with separate welcome offers for sports and casino players. It is a sportsbook at the front with a very large casino behind it.

Two things stand out before any of the games. First, Granawin’s website does not name the company that runs it or show a licence number, which we rarely see and which counts against it. Second, its bonus terms are blunt about blackjack: table games and live dealer games do not count toward bonus wagering at all. If you play blackjack, Granawin is a cash-only casino, and this review looks at how well it does that job.

First Impressions

The homepage opens as a sportsbook: a sign-up box offering a choice of sports or casino welcome bonus, a betting menu down the left, recommended slots in the middle and a bet slip on the right. The top bar links to Sports Betting, Live Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Promotions and Forecasts, and a Wheel of Fortune sits in the corner. It is busy, as sportsbook-first sites tend to be, but the casino and live casino are one click away and have their own clean lobbies.

The footer is short: terms, privacy, responsible gaming, an About page and a contact page. What it lacks is the operator line and licence badge that almost every casino we review displays.

Bonuses and Promotions

New casino players choose between two first-deposit offers, and the casino and sports welcome bonuses cannot be combined:

Banking and Withdrawals

Granawin keeps its full payment list inside the logged-in cashier. Its terms and About page name Visa and Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, bank transfer, Flexepin and Kinguin vouchers, and cryptocurrency processed by CoinsPaid, and the options you see depend on your country. Accounts can be opened in around 40 currencies, from euros and dollars to Brazilian real, Indian rupees and Japanese yen.

Granawin charges no fees of its own on deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit is €10 and the minimum withdrawal €10, and withdrawals are capped at €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, with progressive jackpots paid in full. According to the FAQ, e-wallet withdrawals are processed in up to 12 hours and then arrive instantly, crypto withdrawals usually take less than a day, and card withdrawals can take up to seven business days. Intermediary banks may charge up to €16 on bank transfers, and if an account is closed with money in it, a manual bank transfer costs €12.50. Your first withdrawal triggers identity verification, which can include a selfie with your ID or a video call.

Licensing and Safety

This is Granawin’s weak spot. Its terms, footer and About page do not name the operator or state a licence, so a player has no direct way to see who they are dealing with or where to escalate a complaint. The public record is thin: the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission‘s list of certified permit holders, last updated in September 2023, certifies www.granawin.com to Starsten Limited, which also holds permits for 20Bet, 22Bet, Bizzo Casino and National Casino. Until Granawin publishes its operator and licence on its own site, we recommend keeping balances small.

Verdict

As a place to play, Granawin is impressive. The live casino is one of the biggest we have reviewed, with around 600 blackjack tables, the slot lobby is vast, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals are quick, and support is available at any hour. The promotions calendar is full for slot players and sports bettors.

Two things hold it back. Blackjack counts for nothing toward any bonus, so blackjack players should decline every offer and play with cash. More seriously, the site does not tell you who operates it or which licence it holds, and the only public regulator record for the brand is a permit list last updated in 2023. That is a reason for caution: play with small balances, withdraw regularly, and only ever wager what you can afford to lose.
