Spinando Casino Review

Spinando is a young, adventure-themed online casino run by Metlait SRL, a Costa Rica company, under licence 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. It is built on the SoftSwiss platform and it is big: more than 16,000 games from over 150 studios, a live casino with around 1,800 tables, a crypto cashier and a promotions calendar with tournaments, prize drops, missions, weekly free spins and a VIP ladder.

The welcome package is one of the larger ones we see: up to €1,750 and 150 free spins across three deposits, or a 200% crypto bonus up to €1,000 on the first deposit instead. As usual, the fine print decides whether that matters to a blackjack player. RNG blackjack counts only 5% toward the 40x wagering, and live tables are left out of the table-game rate altogether. Spinando is a strong choice for live blackjack with cash, and this review explains the rest.

First Impressions

Spinando’s look is bright and busy: deep purple backgrounds, cartoon Vikings and explorers, and a rotating hero banner for the welcome pack, the VIP programme and Pragmatic’s Drops & Wins. A left-hand menu gathers everything in one place (VIP, Missions, All Games, Tournaments, Prize Drops, Promotions, Payments, FAQ and live chat), and the lobby tabs run from Popular and New to Slots, Bonus Buy, Jackpot, Fast Games, Bingo, Live Games, Blackjack and Roulette.

There is a lot on screen, but it is well organised, and the operator line with the licence number sits in the footer. The site is available in English (with editions for Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Ireland), German, Norwegian, Finnish, French for Canada, Italian and Arabic.

With more than 16,000 titles, Spinando’s lobby is roughly twice the size of most SoftSwiss casinos we review. Each deposit must be at least €20 and made as a single transaction, and the bonus and any free-spin winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement. The free spins arrive in daily batches, and each new batch after the first needs your deposit to have been wagered once. While a bonus is active the maximum bet is €5, bonus buys included. Once a week the QUEST reload pays free spins for seven days in a row, scaled to your deposit: 10 a day for €20 to €49.99, 25 a day for €50 to €99.99 and 50 a day for €100 or more, at 40x on the winnings. Comp points convert to cash at 300 points for €1, earned at one point per €5 of real-money slot play. The terms and FAQ also mention Visa and Mastercard, and card payouts are supported for some countries, but cards did not appear on the payments page we saw, so check the cashier for your country. Crypto deposits have no upper limit, and accounts can be held in euros, US, Australian, Canadian or New Zealand dollars, Norwegian kroner or one of seven cryptocurrencies.

Spinando says it aims to process withdrawals in up to 72 hours after approval, and its FAQ says most are handled in hours, with crypto usually fastest and fiat payouts taking up to three business days. Withdrawals start at €10 and are capped at €4,000 a day, €16,000 over any 7 days and €50,000 over any 30 days; progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Intermediary banks can charge up to about €16 on bank transfers. Each deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal, and identity checks can include a phone call, so verify your account early. If you plan to play with Bitcoin, note that ID is required before you can bet with BTC at all.

Licensing and Safety

Spinando is owned and operated by Metlait SRL (Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-911867), which holds licence 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission; the commission’s licence-holder list shows Metlait’s B2C licence running to April 2027. Tobique is a small regulator, and its player protection does not reach the level of the Malta Gaming Authority or the UK Gambling Commission. Complaints go to support first and can then be taken to EGIS, the independent dispute service the terms name, and any other dispute is settled by arbitration in Costa Rica.

Verdict

Spinando does a lot right. The lobby is enormous, the live casino and RNG blackjack selection are among the deepest we have reviewed, the promotions calendar is full, crypto and e-wallet payouts are quick, and support runs around the clock. The weaker points are structural: a Tobique licence offers less protection than a European one, and the restricted list rules out many of the biggest markets.

For blackjack players, the large welcome pack is a distraction. With RNG blackjack at 5% and no rate for live tables, it belongs to slot players. Deposit without a code, head for the Evolution and Pragmatic tables, and Spinando is a well-equipped place to play. Only ever wager what you can afford to lose.
